Join me for a cozy afternoon of guided meditation, intuitive guidance, reflection, connection, and a restorative sound experience. This gathering is designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and create space to receive whatever guidance, clarity, healing, or encouragement you may need right now.
Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, stuck, uncertain, or simply ready for a little time for yourself, I'd love to have you there.
