This is a deeply immersive, embodied experience designed to reconnect you with yourself through movement, sound, and presence.

You’ll be guided through intuitive body movement, no experience needed, no level of fitness required, just an opportunity to move, feel, and connect with your body in a way that feels natural and supportive.

As you’re guided, you’ll be held in a live soundscape created by Trail (Trail Mixx Beats) and Lauren. Trail, a producer and DJ, has created a custom sound experience for this event, while Lauren weaves in sound bowls, drums, and her soft, grounding voice.

This is not separate, t’s all happening together.

Movement and sound working in harmony to help you drop out of your mind and into your body.

What to expect:

A safe, welcoming space to explore movement, release tension, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. You may experience emotional release, clarity, grounding, or simply a sense of calm and presence.

What to wear:

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
