And for the very first time, we’re hosting it right here at our own home—the Hart House—together with another breathtaking venue in Bend, The Heart Grounds. It feels meant to be.

What to Expect at the Harts on Fire Retreat

This retreat is designed to ignite your soul, awaken your inner power, and leave you feeling inspired, alive, and completely connected, to yourself, to Spirit, and to others on the same path.

We’ve created a weekend full of transformational experiences you simply won’t find anywhere else:

Soulful Experiences & Healing

• I’ll be guiding you through workshops, meditations, and exercises to help you step fully into your power and connect with your highest self.

• We’re bringing in my dear friend and incredible healer, Lauren, to lead a transformative sound bath—she’s been part of five of my past retreats, and her energy is absolutely magical, like a grounding, calming hug.

Movement, Nature & Adventure

• We’ll take walks and hikes through our stunning hometown of Bend, soaking in the mountains, fresh air, and natural beauty—it’s a true treat for the body and soul.

• Weather permitting, we may also do part of our retreat in our backyard, under the sun and stars, keeping the experience intimate and relaxed.

Nourishing Food & Connection

• You’ll enjoy private chef-prepared dinners Friday and Saturday night and Sunday lunch that nourish both your body and spirit.

• Saturday we’ll head out for a fun group lunch in Bend (self-pay) and maybe a little optional shopping—your chance to explore our beautiful town together.

Swag & Surprises

• Each guest will receive intuitively chosen, spiritual swag, meaningful reminders to keep your transformation going long after the weekend ends.

• Friday night, We will have our local permanent jewelry creator, Linx Jewelry here to create a keepsake to commemorate your retreat experience. (self-pay)

Meet Your Hosts: Haylie & Jeff Hart

We’re Haylie and Jeff—partners in life, love, podcasting (shoutout to Harts on Fire!) and now in creating transformational retreat experiences. Our journeys to this point have been anything but simple. We’ve both walked through difficult marriages to addicts, faced heartbreak, and done the deep work of healing and rebuilding our lives from the ground up. Those experiences became our greatest teachers, showing us not only how to overcome, but how to truly thrive—and now, how to help others do the same.

I’m an internationally recognized Psychic Medium, spiritual coach, and retreat leader, known for my accuracy, deeply healing guidance, and empowering approach to transformation. I’ve helped hundreds of people find healing, clarity, and confidence through my readings, workshops, and retreats, and I’m passionate about helping others step into their highest selves.

Jeff is a brilliant engineer, natural leader, and living example of what’s possible when you approach life with purpose, discipline, and joy. He’s an expert in fitness, nutrition, and creating work-life balance—and somehow makes achieving big goals look effortless, all while being the most kind, patient, and supportive dad and partner I could imagine.

Together, we co-host the Harts on Fire podcast and have built a life rooted in love, peace, and intentional living. At this retreat, we’re combining our unique strengths—my intuitive and spiritual guidance with Jeff’s practical, life-optimizing wisdom—to help you ignite your soul, embrace your power, and live life to the fullest.

We want the Harts on Fire Retreat to be accessible and a “yes” for everyone ready to ignite their soul.

Retreat Investment:

• $1,777 King Bed at Peppertree Hotel in Bend

• $1,444 Regular

• $1,222  Prism Members

Your investment includes all workshops, group activities, adventures, private chef-prepared dinners, and Sunday lunch. Lodging is not included, giving you the freedom to stay wherever feels right for you.

Secure Your Spot: $500 Non-Refundable Deposit

To lock in your spot, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit, paid through our secure website registration page.

• Our website host will apply a small ticket service fee (2.5%) and payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30).

• This ensures your spot while keeping the remaining balance flexible.

Remaining Balance Paid via Venmo to @Haylie-Arb last 4 are 8081:

• Regular Price: $944

• Prism Member Price: $722

Option 1 – 2 Payments:

• Deposit: $500 (Website)

• 2nd Payment: 50% of remaining balance due by September 1st

• 3rd Payment: Remaining 50% due by September 15th

Option 2 – 3 Payments:

• 2nd Payment: 1/3 of remaining balance due by August 25th

We’re on the westside of Bend, and there are plenty of beautiful options nearby—from cozy Airbnb rentals to boutique hotels. We’re happy to help you plan your stay. The closest airport is Redmond, Oregon which is just about 20 minutes away from our venues. Portland Airport is just over 3 hours away and Eugene Airport is 2.5 hours away.
